Dr. Tom Peterson presented the SPARK program to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, February 21, 2025 in UWG's Hubbard Dining Room.

The name of this program was coined when Judges in Juvenile Court noticed that the at risk kids had lost all "spark" in their eyes.
