Shane Spradlin presented the program to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, June 29, 2018. The Sheriff's Office and the Carrollton Police Department created the Aggressive Crime Enforcement (ACE) Unit to rapidly deploy investigators in suspected drug and other criminal cases.
