Karsten Friske and Julia Key visited and represented the University of West Georgia Foundation to receive the proceeds from the Carrollton Kiwanis Foundation for the annual UWG scholarship given in memory of Colonel Frank Jones (1929 - 2007). A recipient will be announced and honored later.
