Sally Bethea spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, September 20, 2024. Her book, Keeping the Chattahoochee, chronicles experiences on the river, and highlights the conservation fight to maintain ecology, and to clean the river. She spoke of the campaign of the Chattahoochee River Keeper organization that champions the fight .
