Marty Smith has recently been appointed by Governor Brian Kemp to serve as Georgia's Property Officer. He spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, July 26, 2019 in the Hubbard Dining Room and told of the "on the job training" (O.J.T.) ; so far.
