Marty Smith

Marty Smith spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, June 23, 2017 at Sunset Hills Country Club.   The Chairman introduced Leamon Stephens, Carroll County's Finance Director, who presented highlights of the budget process of Carroll County.
