Jonathan Stober - Talladega National Forest

Wildlife biologist Jonathan Stober presented a program to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, January 9, 2015 at Sunset Hills Country Club. He spoke of the wildlife and plants in the Talladega National Forest.

Of interest was the study of migration habits of Eagles and bats within the Talledega National Forest. Flight paths of eagles are studied by attaching GPS tracking units to birds, and tracking the path data over the year.
