Jan Tolbert - Communities in Schools

Rev. Jan Tolbert visited the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, September 25, 2015 to receive a check from the Carrollton Kiwanis Foundation for "Communities in Schools"; the local organization that assists at risk students in local schools.
