Members of the Carrollton High School Key Club joined us to hear an informative program on the economic challenges and potential of our county by Karen Handel, President/CEO of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce.  The Key Club members included Junior and Vice-President, Mark Zimmer; Junior and Vice-President Sydney Cumby; Co-President Georgia Noori; Officer Khushi Patel; Gunter Hamrick; and Co-President Olivia Berry.
Joining them was outstanding educator, English teacher, father of three, and Key Club Sponsor Noah Brewer.  Noah, who also serves as the coordinator of the International Baccalaureate Program, has been the Key Club Sponsor for 16 years. Noah, by the way, is the son of Marcy and Kiwanian Bill Brewer.

Steve Fuller  - Despite my previous introduction, District 4 Carroll County Commissioner Steve Fuller not only returned but has submitted his membership application.  Co-sponsored by Johnny Tanner and Randy Miller, Steve is a U.S. Navy veteran, who earned a UWG B.A. and a Master in Education from Old Dominion University.  He's served as a coach and education teacher in the Carroll County Schools, is an active member of the American Legion, is owner and operator of Swamp Fox Vineyards, and, with Donna, has two sons  and three grandchildren.  And there is so much more!  Let Steve know we're glad he's now a Kiwanian!  Fred
