The Carrollton Kiwanis Club has been asked to cook ~ 800 hamburgers for the Spring Fling Cookout at the East Carroll Recreation Center.

Hired Guns !
Burgers were better this year due to the talents of
Federal Marshall Jeff May and Sheriff's Deputy Greg Holcomb. Two industrial sized propane grills were used and cooking was not left to amateurs.
Jim Russell's son-in-law joined the crew for a photo-op.
