Carrollton Boys & Girls Club Service Project Opportunity

Looking for a service project? Here's another one that you won't be able to pass up! The sign-up sheet will be posted at the end of August to begin volunteering September 2015- May 2016.

Circle-K members can sign up and submit your receipt to your club Treasurer for your $15 reimbursement.

We need at least 10 rotating volunteers; 4-5 per month; to cover a 1 X a school month = 9 months to assist with The Terrific Kids Program--awarding students for being Terrific Kids.

It will be at the same location: 101 Pearl Street (Right off of Alabama St--The old Alabama St. Elementary School). Please be considering this opportunity.

Since this takes a little time to process, 3-7 business days, please consider starting your certification process by August 21, 2015.

Please go online to www.bgcma.org/volunteer to register to become a volunteer.

This process takes about 20-30 minutes (survey & application--very short). Be prepared to pay a $15.00 background check fee, as ALL opportunities to work with children require a background check. Even though you have a background check on file with the Carrollton Kiwanis, the CBGCMA, has a right to obtain one for anyone who desires to volunteer/serve—as this is ALWAYS for the safety and welfare of the children in the program and of this community.
