Lt. Col. (USAF Retired) Mike Washington conducted the Veterans ceremony on November 9, 2024 at the Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park.
Maj. Gen, (Army Retired) Barry Gardner, currently serves as President of the Carroll County Veterans Park, and had to miss the ceremony this year as he was in Indianapolis, Indiana with other Governors-Elect for Kiwanis Governor training.
