David Brooks provided the program for the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, March 24, 2023 in Carrollton's Train Depot Warehouse.
Mr. Brooks is the City Manager of Carrollton Georgia, and he updated those in attendance of news and improvements that are taking place in the city.
Thanks to V.P. Mark Herring for booking the Depot as a meeting place, and for handling the meal orders from Honey Baked Ham.
