Woolsey - stay calm and shop local

Leonard Woolsey promoted local shopping to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, December 7.  The "Stay Calm" theme was first promoted by Winston Churchill in England as his country was bombed by Nazi Germany,  "Stay Calm and Shop Local" has been the motto of the local Chamber of Commerce during this holiday season.  Citizens are urged to purchase from local businesses and keep money in the Carrollton community.
