Carrollton Kiwanis President Mike Dugan honored two members of the Kiwanis Club on Friday, September 20, with membership in the Kiwanis Walter Zeller Fellowship.  Randy Miller and Sheriff Terry Langley are the first members of the local Carrollton Kiwanis Club to receive the honor.  The Carrollton Kiwanis Foundation has donated generous gifts on behalf of Mr. Miller and Sheriff Langley to the Kiwanis International Foundation's "The Eliminate Project" for the worldwide goal of eliminating maternal and neo-natal tetanus.

The awards are named after Kiwanian Walter Zeller, who made the first gift to establish the Kiwanis International Foundation in 1940. To honor a kindred spirit of generosity, Walter Zeller Fellows receive a medallion, certificate and commemorative lapel pin. Most important of all, they help put MNT where it belongs: in the medical history books.
