Villa Rica Recreation

Jacob Stephensons welcomes the representatives of the Villa Rica Recreation Department.  Chad Phillips and Marcus Newman visited the Carrollton Kiwanis Club to receive a donation for the recreation department.  The Kiwanis Club thanks the city of Villa Rica and its Recreation Department for the use of the V-Plex facility for the Kiwanis Youth Football Bowl.
