Tommy Cox - School of the Arts

Tommy Cox was guest speaker at the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, February 3.  He introduced soprano Joy Anderson who sang:   "Sure on This Shining Night" by Samuel Barber,  "L'Heure Exquise" by Renaldo Hahn,  "Bill" from Showboat by Jerome Kern and Oscar Hammerstein II,  and "Oh, What A Beautiful of City" a traditions African-American Spiritual.  Wayne Gilreath accompanied her on piano.

Tommy Cox is the new director of the School of Arts, which encompases Art, Music, and Theatre.
