John Holley and Zelma Paschal presented a program to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, February 17, 2012.  They are both leaders in the very successful Metro Atlanta Kiwanis Club that was sponsored into existence by the Carrollton Kiwanis Club.
 
Zelma Paschal is taking a sabbatical and will assist but not serve as District Chair for the Eliminate Project, so that she can serve as President of the Metro Atlanta Club for the 2011-2012 term.  Past Georgia District Governor John Holley (2004-05) has been drafted to serve as Georgia District Chair for the Eliminate Project for this year.
Kiwanis International in cooperation with Unicef has committed to "The Eliminate Project",  with the financial goal and purpose of eliminating maternal and neonatal tetanus in the world.   This is the most industrius world health goal since Kiwanis International's recent battle to end iodine deficiency in third world countries.
