Two School Superintendents spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, October 19.

While endorsing the need and value of Charter Schools, and the policies and procedures currently in place, both school boards and administrations are opposed to amending the Georgia Constitution as worded in amendment one in the upcoming November election.
