SPARK - Dr. Tom Peterson, Ed Leadership

Dr. Tom Peterson spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on July 12, 2013.

Peterson has organized the SPARK program; an acronym for Supporting People at Risk.  The program joins education students with individuals at risk in the juvenile justice system.
