(from Times-Georgian)Ronnie Burchfield, two-time state championship coach and the winningest head football coach in Central High Lions football history, was featured speaker at Friday's meeting of the Carrollton Kiwanis Club. The Dalton, Georgia native won the All-America honors as a catcher for the West Georgia College Braves and was named as an inn=augural member of the university's Athletics Hall of Fame in 1991.
