Phil Hudgins presented the program to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, September 15, 2023 in UWG's Hubbard Dining Room. After showing a documentary film on the criminal history of hired hitman Billy Sunday Birt, he spoke of his latest book, "Grace and Disgrace" answered questions from the audience on the story of the "Dixie Mafia".
