Major General (Retired) James Donald spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, May 24. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles and is Past-Chairman of the Georgia Department of Corrections. He spoke to the Kiwanis Club on "The Battle for Hearts and Minds of Young People", and spoke of strategies for success in keeping young people from going down the path that leads to prison.
Camille Yahm introduced the General, who is also from Mississippi and a member of the Ole Miss Hall of Fame. They both serve on the Board of the Atlanta Ole Miss Club where General Donald is President.
