Loy Howard - Tanner Health System

Loy Howard spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, October 11, at Sunset Hills Country Club.  He updated the club on recent changes to the local hospital system, and spoke of the many challenges encounted by hospitals as the Affordable Health Care Act (ObamaCare) is implemented.
