"Just Listening" to Veterans

Kiwanian Dr. Amber Smallwood arranged the program for the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on November 1, 2013.  Timothy Carroll, Graduate Student, gave a short talk about growing up in a military houshold. 

The UWG program of "Just Listening" Sessions were organized by Dr. Larry Schor and are held every second Tuesday of each month at the Carrollton Presbyterian Church.  When veterans gather, the evenings involve deep listening and presence, and exploring healing from the wounds of war.
