The Kiwanis Club of Carrollton met on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the University of West Georgia in the Hubbard Dining Room. Fellow Kiwanian and Superintendent of Carrollton City Schools, Dr. Mark Albertus, introduced our guest speaker, Mr. Jared Price, Director of Technology at Carrollton High School. The topic for Mr. Price centered on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Mr. Price provided our club with a highly interesting, engaging, and informative program. In his daily role, he seeks to harness the benefits of AI to help CHS students navigate this computer-enhanced learning, reasoning, and perception tool in a safe and productive way.
