Hugh Bass spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on current trends in real estate and appraisals.

In the question and answer session, members sitting at the class of 66 table were more interested in hearing the story from the 1980's , when Hugh won a free trip and Corvette.

Mike Dugan adjourned the meeting after asking Hugh to appraise the fine china coffee mug presented as a gift for speakers.
