William "Joey" Smith, Chair of the UWG Economics Department, presented a program to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Sunset Hills Country Club. He presented a PowerPoint slide presentation of economic studies and forecasts for the West Georgia area.
