VP Mike Dugan presents the coveted Kiwanis Coffee mug to Dr. David Jenks;Â Professor of Criminology and Director of Graduate Studies, who spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on the topic of "Counter-Terrorism" and stategies for keeping American Citizens safe from terrorists.
Questions posed to the speaker led to interesting discussion of TSA, racial and ethnic profiling, and the task of security at airports, and major targets in the US. Of interest to members were discussions of local security, such as maintaining safety of the local water supply.
