District Convention in Savannah

The District(state) Convention will be held August 15 thru Aug 17 at the Marriott Riverfront hotel.Attending from our club are

Linda Patterson,Cathy Farley,Neil Weathington,Joe Bell ,Dan Lewis and Richard Dixon.There is a full slate of meetings and activities for this weekend including a finance meeting with finance committee on Friday,two board meetings on Friday,fundraisers for Eliminate Project on Friday evening,Past Lt Governors breakfast on Sat morning,General session on Sat morning.Awards Luncheon Saturday,Governors banquet on Sat night,numerous classes presented on Sat and finally the Installation Brunch on Sunday morning.

Joe Bell will be nominating Richard Dixon for Governor Elect and Neil Weathington will" second that emotion". Dan Lewis is the Secretary of the District Foundation Board of Trustees with meetings on Saturday.
