Dan Lewis - Georgia Kiwanis District Foundation

Dan Lewis, who already serves as a trustee for the Georgia Kiwanis District Foundation, was selected as Secretary of the Foundation board for 2013-2014 at the annual Convention meeting Saturday, August 10, 2013.

One of Dan's achievements during the past year while serving the Georgia Kiwanis District Foundation has been the development of the website page for The Heinz Award. Unlike the Hixson, all monies donated to this award go directly to the GA Kiwanis District Foundation. At the moment, the cost of this award has been reduced from $1,000 down to $500. The only member in our club to ever receive this award was Col. Frank Jones.
