Dana Harman, Principal of Central High School, and Mark Albertus, Principal of Carrollton High School, received checks from the Kiwanis Foundation in thanks for the use of school facilities for community projects.  School Superintendents Scott Cowart and Kent Edwards provided the program for the Kiwanis Club on Friday, March 4, and answered questions on the proposed SPLOST projects.  Voters in Carroll County will decide on March 15 whether or not to continue the additional penny sales tax that will provide facilities, technology, and equipment for the school systems.
