Carrollton sweeps PR Awards
The Carrollton Kiwanis Club brought back six certificates for excellence in Public Relations during the awards banquet at the Georgia District Convention.
One of the six awards was for Dr. Richard's moving DVD of Kiwanis Santa addressing the December 2012 tragedy at Newtown Connecticut .
