Susan Duncan welcomes the guests from Carroll County Recreation Department.
Vince Collins and Andrell Roberts visited the Carrolton Kiwanis Club and received a check from the porceeds of the Fall fundraiser . The Kiwanis Club appreciates the support that the Recreation Department gives to the annual Kiwanis Football Bowl and to the valuable service provided to the young people of Carroll County year round.
