Jim Collins was surprised and presented a Distinguished Service medal by District Governor "Mick" Maguire this past Friday as the Carrollton Kiwanis Club celebrated 60 years of service. Jim was instrumental in starting the Kiwanis Bowl for our club, served as president, is a Legion of Honor member and Hixson recipient. He also served as Lt. Governor. Jim will be working the first two weekends of the Kiwanis Bowl and he continues to be an active member of our club. Shown are President Mike Renfrow,Georgia District Governor "Mick" Maguire and Jim Collins.
