Boys and Girls Clubs of Carroll County
Ruth Holder,  Director of the local Boys and Girls Clubs , presented the program to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, March 10, 2019 at Sunset Hills Country Club .  The Carroll County Boys and Girls Clubs are not now meeting at the facility on Highway 113 recently vacated by Southern Hills Christian Church.

Kathie Barrett  - Chapman Rackaway invited prospective member and Chapman's colleague in the UWG Department of Political Science, Kathie Barrett.  Originally born in Buffalo, New York,  Kathie is President of the League of Women Voters.  Greatly sought out as a mentor of students, her research interests include human rights and courts.
