Herald's Report September 20

Let the visitor beware -
for Dr. Fred Richards
Introduces guests

with a FLARE !!!

(September 20, 2019)

Ernest McClendon invited prospective member Chris Carr, Band Director at Carrollton High School.  Chris is a UWG grad (2004) and served as the Drum Major of the university band. He's married and has three children, two daughters and a son.

UWG Circle K Vice President, Brian Steward, joined us for lunch.  Brian is a Philosophy major with an emphasis in religion and plans to go on to seminary.  Brian and other Circle K members are doing a great job helping us out in the concession stand.

Louise Reeves visited the club to see Dad, Bob Reeves, get a standing ovation for his years of service to the club.  Years ago, Louise was a Central High Key Club member who visited our club and suffered my introductions.  Louise was also an outstanding Central High School athlete, lettering in five sports for four consecutive years and graduating fifth in her class.  She's a great teacher of mathematics and an ardent Alabama football fan with a dog named Bama Belle.  Go Tide!
