Metro Atlanta Founders Day
The Carrollton Kiwanis Club is proud to have sponsored in November 1979 the new club known as the Metro Atlanta Kiwanis Club.  Please contact Richard Dixon or Jenny Ingram on or before November 10, if you would like to attend the Founders Day Celebration detailed below.  This will count as an InterClub.
Here is a photo from one of the many interclub visits.  Since 1979, the Metro Atlanta Club has been represented by three Georgia District Governors:  Lille Robbins, John Holley, and Charles "Chuck" Hood.  (Two Past Governors are in this photo.)  Many members of the Metro Atlanta Club have served in other District-wide roles.

On November 19, 2022, The Metro Atlanta Kiwanis Club will hold its Annual Founder's Day Celebration at the Historic Green Manor Restaurant, 6400 Westbrook Avenue, Union City Georgia. The time of the celebration is 12:00 Noon and the cost is $43.00 per person.  Another fun fact:  Past Carrollton Kiwanis President Susan Duncan's family enjoyed much history in the Green Manor Estate.
The Metro Atlanta Kiwanis Club would be delighted to have you and your club be a part of the celebration. Please consider this communication as an official invitation to the celebration.
Please contact on or before November 10 either Richard Dixon or Jenny Ingram to register for this event.
