The Kiwanis Club of Carrollton met on Friday, October 27, 2023, at the University of West Georgia in the Hubbard Dining Room. The guest speaker was Michelle Morgan, Chair for the Carroll County Commission. Our club had the opportunity to learn valuable updates regarding our home county, particularly in the planning of a new, spacious county government administration building.
