The SPARK Program
There has been a change in plans.   Allyson Tarpley, shown in the photo from one year ago, has agreed to present the Kiwanis Program on Friday, January 8, 2021.   She has invited Tom Peterson and others to assist in the presentation.

Robin Worley has been rescheduled for Feburary 5.

From January 2020:
Dr. Tom Peterson , UWG College of Education, introduced the SPARK Program to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, January 17, 2020, in the Hubbard Dining Room on the UWG Campus.  The SPARK Program is a unique mentoring program designed to give hope to at-risk youth .   Peterson brought to this meeting three members of his team:  Juvenile Court Judge Tom Parmer,  Probation Officer Stephanie Love, and University Psychology student Allison Tarpley.
