The Kiwanis Club of Carrollton met on April 18, 2025, at the University of West Georgia Hubbard Dining Room in West Commons. Our club had the pleasure of hosting the Very Reverend Jeff Jackson, Rector of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, to provide an inspirational Good Friday message at 7:30 a.m. to start this holy day for our club members. Father Jeff opened his sermon with the reading of John Chapter 18 and provided a thought-provoking narrative on the history surrounding the mystical goodness of the resurrection. 

 

Prior to Father Jeff's program,  Michael Ock, Supervisor of Carroll County Elections and Registration, informed our club of recruitment opportunities in the county to assist with poll staffing as a poll worker or official.
