Tim Chapman, Superintendent of the Arts in Carrollton, Georgia, spoke to the Carrollton Kiwanis Club on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Sunset Hills Country Club.   He updated the Kiwanis Club of news and events happening at the Carrollton Center for the Arts.
