On Friday, September 27, 2019, Cathy Farley was sworn-in as President of the Carrollton Kiwanis Club by Lt. Governor Bill Braswell from Douglasville. 
Cathy presented the first program of the year (October 4) and shared photographs of the best past memories of Kiwanis, so far.
