Dr. Fred Richards served as Master of Ceremonies for the Pageant at Carrollton Nursing and Rehab on Thursday, February 27, 2020. Four members of the Kiwanis Club served as escorts: Dr. Luke Lipham, Jay Willis, Dr. Jimmy Brock, and Joe Bell.
Ms. Reudean Ward (center) was chosen to reign as Queen for 2020 at the 38th Pageant held at Carroll Nursing & Rehab. Catherine McWilliams (right) and Star Thompson (left) were second and first runner-ups, respectively. Activity Director at Carroll Nursing & Rehab, Greta Ayers, coordinated the event.
