The Kiwanis Art Winners on February 13:
Hailey Jackson, Junior at Carrollton High School, won "Best in Show" and a five hundred dollar scholarship for her oil painting "Free Fall". This "Best in Show" oil painting will be entered in the Georgia District Showcase in April.

First Place:
Jacey Singleton, Senior at Temple High School, won first place and a scholarship of four hundred dollars for the painting titled "Wrath". This painting will be entered in the Georgia District Showcase in April as the twelfth grade representative from Carrollton.

Second Place:
OliviaVande Kerkhoff, Junior from Central Carroll High School, won second place and a three hundred dollar scholarship for the untitled pastel. This painting will be entered in the Georgia District Showcase in April as eleventh grade representative from Carrollton.
Third place:
Annabelle Smith, Junior at Villa Rica High School, won third place and a two hundred dollars scholarship for the watercolor on paper titled "Me in Watercolor". \
Fourth Place:
Wendy Vallalba-Flores, Sophomore at Mt. Zion High School, won fourth place and a one hundred dollar scholarship for the work on ink and linoleum block This painting will be entered in the Georgia District Showcase in April as tenth grade representative from Carrollton.
Honorable Mention:
Bonnie Engler, Freshman at Villa Rica High School, was recognized as "honorable mention" for acrylic on paper titled "Koi Pond". This painting will be entered in the Georgia District Showcase in April at ninth grade representative from Carrollton.
