The Kiwanis Art Winners on February 13:
 
Hailey Jackson, Junior at Carrollton High School, won "Best in Show" and a five hundred dollar scholarship for her oil painting "Free Fall".   This "Best in Show" oil painting will be entered in the Georgia District Showcase in April.

First Place:
Jacey Singleton, Senior at Temple High School, won first place and a scholarship of four hundred dollars for the painting titled "Wrath".  This painting will be entered in the Georgia District Showcase in April as the twelfth grade representative from Carrollton.

Second Place:
