Jodie Goodman provided an informative, encouraging presentation about the efforts of the Carroll County Mental Health Advocates program to serve and support the needs of Carroll County residents suffering from mental illness. The organization supplies an array of peer-led, free support programs to persons suffering from mental illness and to their friends and family members as well.
