John Hinman provided the program to his Kiwanis Club on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Sunset Hills Country Club.
Solarize Carrollton-Carroll is solar energy bulk-purchasing program that allows homeowners, business, and non-profits in Carrollton to save on the cost of solar  -  the more that participate, the greater the savings.
