Jean Stanford was crowned queen in the 2011 Ms. Horizon Horizon Bay Pageant. Ruth Decarlo was named first runner-up and Mildred Harris was named second runner-up. Ina Faye Archer was presented a dozen red roses when named Ms. Congeniality. The Carrollton Kiwanis Club provided escorts and Dr. Fred Richards served as Master of Ceremonies.
