Joy and Happiness

Lisa King Smith spoke provided the program for the Carrollton Kiwanis Club at Sunset Hills Country Club on Friday, December 4, 2015.

Lisa Smith, a licensed mental health counselor, was introduced by colleague Dr. Fred Richards.

She spoke of happiness and joy and finding fulfillment in life - and ways to avoid suffering from depression and other mental health issues.
