Jim Beck -  Arson and the stroll down memory lane

Jim Beck's topic was Arson and insurance in Georgia.  He enjoyed stolling down memory lane with memories of the Jaycees in Carrollton, working for Woodfin Cole at Carroll Realty, operating a telemarketing business from his residence hall while the authorities assumed he was a "bookie".  

 

Currently the Georgia Underwriting Association insures high risk and difficult to insure homes.
